Patchable package registration failed with result (-81)

Recently there has been an update to destiny 2, since then I can't play. After the "press enter" screen the game crashes and the "Problem reading game content" appears. Even If I repair the game it still crashes, I even tried to uninstall the game and checked every driver, nothing works. Every time I check the crash_info notepad I can't find the file that is responsible for the crash It only says "Patchable package registration failed with result (-81)" What should I do?

You might want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407]remove your CVARS.xml[/url] file to see if anything changes.
