Only started playing last month and I enjoyed it up until Forsaken. The annual pass wasn't really expensive but I bought it not knowing it was mostly for hardcore gamers only. From there it was a lot of repetition just to play the new stuff I just bought and I haven't even played it yet. It's just there staring at me. And literally 1/4 of my mission log is filled with progress bars that leads to another progress bar, that leads to another progress bar. It would be like if I bought from you a ticket from the Avengers 4 movie but you tell me I need to watch Avengers 1, 2, and 3, 40 times, write a 1,000 word essay, while plugging in 100 random words to complete it, before I get to see the actual movie. Before you know it, you're asking players to do a grind just to open the menu.
So please, I hope you guys do more Forsaken type campaign stuff. Do it for the men who plays to get away from work, not to work to get away from work, the husbands who's wives go aggro when you park your ass in a computer chair for more than 2 hours, the Dads who needs to allot certain amount of sitting time to watch unending re runs of muppet babies (till the songs needs to be surgically removed from the brain) and reading the same bedtime book 3 times. The last first person shooter I played before this one was Halo 3, so I know you guys make great and engaging campaigns. I hope to see more of it.

Edited by Jere51666: 12/11/2018 3:06:50 PMI hope you ready to disappointment, no campaing/story wise related content will appear before june/august, maybe only on september or even after that, destiny 2 became pure grind crap with nothing new aside from repetitive stuff to do, bungie got lazy a looong time ago, since before d2 launch, that’s why d2 launched the way it was, pure crap, that only got fixed a LITTLE with warmind and a moderatly fixed with forsaken, then they thought they did too much work and went back to lazy and launched black armory/season pass, prepare to see more lazyness for the next 6/7 months
