Gambit certainly has become interesting hasn't it? Nothing like loading in to see you have 1+ person just doing the back-forth, Left-Right, Shoot! jive in the spawn area. Last night two friends and I loaded into a match with someone doing this. After a round we finally came to the conclusion "Why should we help a cheater win?". Ended up spending the next round busy pushing the guy into enemies so he would die (hurts KDA) and dancing around him in spawn. Ended up getting the invaders involved to once they realized what happened to our team. We explained that they could just have the win since were not helping this lazy mouth breather. Looked like some kinda Gambit Kum ba yah at a few points. Wouldn't you know next game all the same people load in with the same afker on the team again. We just messaged a guy on the other teams stack and told them to be brutal and quit out pre-transmat. Ended up making a few new friends last night. So thanks AFKer. I made some new friends by celebrating Bungie's inability (or care) to put people like you where you belong... Under the ban-hammer.
P.S.
Bungie,
You need to address this and start following through with your ToS and EULA. We are ALL getting tired of cheaters going unpunished. I would take a card out of Jagex's book with Runescape. Start publicly announcing the number of people you punished for botting and build a jail in the tower were these players are locked in for the duration of their ban/suspension so other players can look and laugh at them.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
