Since Monday (10/29/18) I have been unable to connect. Every time I have tried I get the error message listed in the title of this post. I have power cycled my router and modem more times than I care to admit. I have cleared the cache on my console following the instructions provided on this site. I have called my ISP and they do not see anything on their end that could be blocking it and I am not blacklisted as far as they can tell. Since this is happening to not only myself but another user in my household I can't help but think this is on your end Bungie even more so because there are other games that I can ply online with no issues. After the amount of money I have spent on this game and the expansions, I would really like to get back into it and play. I am located in the US, Central Florida more specifically. What steps can we take to help resolve this as I see I am not the only one with this issue.
