Snow and Thunder
Do you see Coldheart as an electrical-based weapon, or a cold-based weapon that deals arc damage as a necessity of the game engine? This question is most exemplified by which of the two ornaments for the weapon you would prefer to use, Subzero or Pride of Omolon.
