Magnificent Howl is Broken
I am an average player. I will never get Luna’s Howl/Not Forgotten. That being said, I believe these guns to be quite literally overpowered.

Magnificent Howl enables the easiest/fastest kill time in the game. Obviously special weapons and other such fast time to kill weapons exist, but none are as potent as these horrid handcannons.
I had no issue with Redrix’s Claymore. It required a [u]kill[/u] to proc the powerful perk. Mag Howl is simply there and delivers faster kill times than most other weapons will ease.
My issue is that even will perfect accuaracy, not missing a shot with my handcannon, luna’s will kill me faster. I don’t want to cry nerf, but it’s been in the game for a fat minute and it dominates the rumble/competitive scene on a level of stupidity that is unparalleled.
Too easy kills when the option to pair it with D2 Felwinter’s Lie (Dust Rock Bullshit) exists.
Good rationale:
-Normal players get kill clip
-Best players get kill clip+ (Desperado)
Bad rationale:
-Normal players get balanced weapons
-Best players are awarded free kills (Magnificent Howl)
I am right at the ELO borderline where not everyone in my games has Luna’s Howl, but several people do, and those people ruin it.
InB4 people with the weapon tell me to basically play better and stop sucking against a superior weapon.

Mag Howl is simply there and delivers faster kill times than most other weapons will ease.[/quote] Ok I don’t have redrix but literally all of my friends are sweats so ; first off, have fun getting a kill with that gun if your an aggressive player, which most people who have that gun are very aggressive. Second, if you manage to get a kill with it, outlaw may not always perk, but it does 95% of the time. But still, outlaw on that gun is bugged. Third, when outlaw procs, [u]most[/u] of the time, the signiture perk won’t proc and I’m talking about at least 90% of the time it doesn’t. [spoiler]Sorry, not telling you to get good or anything like that, I just felt like ranting about redricks a bit. And yes Luna is annoying but not op. It has trash range and gets high flinch so either stay at a range or have a high rof weapon equipped (pulse work well)[/spoiler]
