Olá equipe da Bungie, Estou passando por um problema com a funcionalidade do Destiny 2, onde após a atualização da ultima semana meu jogo simplesmente não funciona. O primeiro problema veio ao iniciar o jogo e receber a mensagem de erro que publiquei no imgur. Fiz o que se pedia, reparei o jogo, nisso houve o segundo problema, onde ocorreu um bug da battle.net em que o jogo não finalizava o download de arquivos e mostrava "inicializando" infinitamente, com oportunidade de deixar o jogo baixar do zero, o fiz, reinstalei todo o jogo. Ao tentar jogar novamente, me vem o terceiro problema, ao abrir o jogo ocorreu um erro onde eu não conseguia passar da tela de loading branca antes da seleção de personagem e nessa me encontro, nada funciona, o que tentei fazer foi reparar o jogo novamente... Porém agora tenho o primeiro erro (link do imgur) e esse que ocorre de não aparecer a tela de seleção de personagem. Estou muito desanimado pôs me interessei com a jogabilidade, porém não encontro solução, abdiquei até da ideia de comprar os pacotes de DLCs. [Notas]- Coisas que já fiz para tentar corrigir: Abri o jogo em modo janela, tentei abrir como full screen (ambas não ajudaram) Apaguei arquivos de data da /Roaming para iniciar com configuração padrão o jogo (não ajudou) Procurei em fóruns pela internet esse problema da tela de seleção, somente alguns posts existem, onde quase nenhum foi resolvido ou continuado. Espero de verdade a ajuda de um profissional da empresa. Agradeço desde já. The first problem started when I started the game and keep getting the error message that I posted on Imgur. I made what I was asked to do, repaired the game. In that there was the second problem, where occured a bug on Battle.net that the game doesn't finish the download of the archives and showed "inicializing" infinitly, with the oportunity to make the game download from the start, and I did, reinstalled the entire game. Trying to play again, there was a third problem. When the game opens, occured a error where I can't pass the white loading screen before the character selection and, in that, it's where I am now, nothing works, what I tryed is to repair the game again... However, now I have the first error(imgur link) and this error occur to not appear the character selection screen. I'm very sad because I was interrested in the gameplay, however I don't find a solution, I even abdicated of the idea to buy the DLC packs. [Notes] - Things that I already did to try to correct this: Open the game in windowed mode, tryed to open on full screen(neither of them helped) Deleted data files of /Roaming to launch the game with default setting (don't helped) Searched on forums on internet this problem of the character screen, some posts already existed, where most of them where not resolved or continued.
