We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.

Edited by Dead But Rising: 11/19/2018 12:29:03 AMGetting error TAPIR importing/updating account in Destiny 1 from XBox 360 to Destiny 1 XBox One. I installed the XBox One "The Collection" which includes Rise Of Iron and redeemed the code. I accept the account import by holding the "A" button and it attempts to log in. Tried on 11/06/2018 11/07, 11/08, 11/09, 11/10, 11/11 and today (11/12). I have tried to clear the cache (switched to energy-saving mode, unplugged for at least 5 minutes; even hit the power switch when unplugged). I was able to transfer my account 11/18. TY
