but what about people that quit before games because they see the same 4 stacks they just quit out of a game from? I mean people quit all the time. especially from good teams. so there is no way to track them from fireteam numbers.

Constant quiting should be punished too. But if someone is off a high rate of 4v3 they should be investigated. Again, a simple program. Remember that u have to tell bungie to leave a match. Quitting is easily tracked

Nah, When I play there are always people quitting, Usually when I just get an annihilation and we ran out of medals... if I play in a good team. Blueberries quit every game. And I mean, Every game. Even some people that are running 4 stack teams, they just quit because they can't get a kill. Dont you think it's unfair to be matched into a game that is so laggy that you can't do damage? A game where you are the only person left on your team because your team quit? to be matched in a game where you are a guardian rank and everyone else are mythic and above? to be matched against the same team 4 times in a row after they just stomped you the first three? I mean, I dont think people should be penalised for quitting out of that stuff. If they were matched into good games, you would have fewer quitters. penalising will just drive people away. Just like it did with every other game that tries to enforce rules that are unnecessary.
