Error Code : Buffalo

Hello everyone, After receiving Destiny 2 as a gift on Battlenet I thought Id give it a go, never tried it before. Installed it and keep getting an error code: 'buffalo' when I fire up the game. Anyone else also having this problem? Ive watched youtube videos with supposedly working fixes but nothing seems to work for me. Read through both the Bungie and Blizzard sites and forums aswell, cant find any troubleshooting there so if anyone has some tips or anything please be so kind to share, I still very much want to try this game! Things Ive tried so far: Reinstall the game Scan & Repair in Battlenet Look for update Flush DNS multiple times Restart PC Switching Battlenet accounts (same error by the way) Logging out of all devices Switching Login region and Game region around Closing off other programs like Discord, Skype, Steam Running the game in admin mode Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance, SakkieNakkie

 • Hello. Thanks for your report. You may want to review our BUFFALO error code article for troubleshooting steps. If that didn't help, you may want to follow the below steps, which might help with your issue:
1. Completely uninstall both Destiny 2 and the Battle.net application 2. Delete the following local cache/settings directories:
- %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Battle.net – %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC *WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.
3. Reinstall the Battle.net app and Destiny 2
