It's been happening since Sep. 04 2018 the day Forsaken DLC with Korean language patch release. BNGhelp said "We're investigating this issue, We need a video clip for this bla bla" several times, So we gave them some screen shots, some video clips.. AND NOTHING FIXED STILL !!! WE ARE SUFFERING THIS CRITICAL BUG ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW. 2 MONTHS. 2 MONTHS. NOT 2 WEEKS. 2 MONTHS!! DO WE HAVE TO WAIT MORE? HOW LONG? DO SOMETHING BUNGIE! or PAY OUR MONEY BACK!
