I completed the Aces of Spades and was notifeid that I can now claim the discount code so that I can purchase the reward. Unfortunately a clicked the send code button but i dont receive the discount code in my inbox. Would you kindly look into this for me please. Player Profile is DennisRFC.

I _now_ got my email with the link to claim the code. However claiming is not possible anymore since the time window passed 12 hours ago. Please Bungie, can someone help out in manually working around this since it would be horrible if I missed this awesome T-shirt due to email delivery problems. Best regards, Magnus

I have this exact problem. I completed the event within the specified time frame, have a verified email and clicked, and confirmed, the button; but no T-shirt code is sent.

Hello, please remove your email. This is a public forum that anyone can access and Bungie will not contact you from the forum via your personal details. When you click the send code to email and the box pops up showing the email it is sent to is that all correct? Have you checked your spam folders?
