Haunted Forest Glitch
Was in the 5th round of the haunted forest, and just defeated the boss. My team warped back to the start area, but there was no circle to begin the next round. Just a cliff dropoff. Also no objective on the screen. Shortly after, I was kicked back to orbit with an error message and no fragmented souls!
Wasted my time.

That's not a 'haunted forest' glitch, it can happen in any PvE activity. Once you got kicked, everything spawned in at once.
