If no one else is aware, when strafing on a Hunter while aiming down sights with any bow, the Hunter's cloak will sway over the reticle on the bow obscuring your vision (more noticeable when strafing from Right to Left). This becomes quite annoying especially in Competitive. I haven't seen any other posts or mentions in the latest patch notes addressing this issue, so here's a stab at giving this some attention.
