Kells are the rulers of the Eliksni Houses; royalty chosen from their connection to noble blood and from support within their respective House, as well as by defeating any other claimants to the throne. Unmatched in cleverness and strength and with larger rations of Ether, they are deadlier than any other Eliksni. Kells are some of the most vicious and dangerous enemies a Guardian could ever face, and very few enemies have proven to be deadlier.
So far we know of 17 Kells, but there are potentially as many as 20 in lore (the potential 3 are marked with *)
Chelchis, Kell of Stone
Craask, Kell of Kings
Draksis, Kell of Winter
Drifis the Daring
Eramis, Kell of Darkness
Mara Sov
Misraaks (Mithrax, the Forsaken)
Skolas, the Rabid
Solkis, Kell of Devils
Variks
Veliniks, the Ravenous
Virixas, Kell of Wolves
Mystery Kell 1
Mystery Kell 2
Mystery Kell 3
Mystery Kell 4
Mystery Kell 5
*Mystery Kell 6

Chelchis, Kell of Stone:
Eliksni songs still tell of Chelchis, Kell to the House of Stone. When the Darkness came to the Eliksni and the Whirlwind began, Chelchis stood before the Maw. He watched as the Traveler fled, and sacrificed himself and his entire House so that the Eliksni could escape and survive.

Craask, Kell of Kings:
A.K.A. The Last Kell
Craask was the last Kell of the Houses, the last link in the great Eliksni chain, and the last known survivor of the Whirlwind other than Variks. In the Sol system Craask had kept the House of Kings tucked away, and so had avoided the same destruction that had come to the other Houses.
After Oryx invaded the system and defeated the Awoken, Uldren let the Kings capture him. Finally Uldren came before Craask. Craask saw himself in Uldren, a would-be ruler of a broken people. So he asked Uldren to do what he could not because of his pride: to unite what was left of the Houses and create a new House.
Uldren, with the support of Kings, created the new House of Dusk. Together, Uldren and Kings attacked the Awoken in small amounts. Uldren wished to attack the Awoken more viscously because he hated their alliance with Humanity, but the Kings wouldn’t allow it and discarded him. Uldren later returned with Fikrul and they attacked Craask. In the end the Last Kell was docked, and word spread of his death. With Craask’s death came the end of the era of Houses. Anyone else who called themselves Kell did not remember the Eliksni Golden Age.

Draksis, Kell of Winter:
A.K.A. The Ruthless Kell; Kell of Hate
Draksis terrorized Humanity more than most Eliksni. He was one of the worst plagues in the system, and more than earned his title in bloodshed. He was the architect of Winter’s strategy, foremost amongst the other Houses in the art of war as far as we can tell, and still fought on the front lines.
He fought at the Battle of Twilight Gap, and his countless raids on jumpship reclamation convoys led Cayde-6 to personally raise the bounty on his head. Draksis earned the hate of many Guardians, including Commander Zavala, on a very personal level for the damage he did to the City and the Guardians.
Draksis implanted his House on Venus, putting his Ketch, Simiks-fel, on the surface in the Cinders as a command post. There he battled the Vex for control of the Ishtar Sink, the Ishtar Academy, and access to the Citadel. Winter was greedy for the secrets of the Ishtar Sink.
Draksis was finally killed in the throne room of his Ketch by The Guardian in Destiny 1.

Drifis the Daring:
Drifis lead at least part of the Fallen attack at the Battle of Six Fronts, where their forces engaged with the Firebreak Order, Iron Lord Radegast, and Osiris. Representatives of every House known to the Last City at the time participated in the conflict, so we have no idea which House Drifis was the Kell of. It could be one of the Houses known to us in the games or a House we’ve never heard of. We have no other information on Drifis, and they are the only named Kell of which we don’t know the gender or House.
All information on Drifis comes from Onslaught, an Eliksni war song about Six Fronts in the Destiny Grimoire Anthology Volume 2
Eramis, Kell of Darkness:
A.K.A. Devil Baroness; The Shipstealer
As a Baroness of the House of Devils, Eramis embodies the terrors of the post-Whirlwind Eliksni pirates: an incredibly viscous, powerful, skilled, and cunning threat.
She was previously held captive in the Prison of Elders, but escaped during the prison break that resulted in Cayde-6’s death. She then attempted to rebuild the House of Devils with other violent Fallen, wishing to recreate the time when the Fallen were deadly, bloodthirsty pirates that ravaged worlds. Hidden operative RAN-187 considered her to be the most likely candidate for Fallen reunification and a major threat.
The followers of Eramis -previously known as the “Devils Scions” and “Loyal to Eramis”- have been sighted a few times. The most notable was when they infiltrated the abandoned Tower in an attempt to steal Outbreak Perfected -the last known source of SIVA- which she planned to use to strengthen her forces and attract more followers. Misraaks and House Light are poised against Eramis, and Misraaks personally saw to it that the infiltration was thwarted by seeking the help of The Guardian.
Eramis’s followers were also encountered in the European Aerial Zone near the Shard of the Traveler, though it is unknown why they were there.
Eramis and her followers have now planted themselves in a territory previously controlled by the Awoken, known as RZ-724 (also referred to as Niflheim and suspected to be Europa). Her followers include former members of Dusk, Devils and Wolves, and 3 other VIP Fallen. It is believed that Eramis is searching for a highly dangerous weapon. She has also abandoned the banner of Devils.
When Beyond Light releases Eramis will have built a new Empire under the Pyramid on Europa and become their Kell, bent on getting revenge on the Traveler and Guardians for the destruction they brought upon her people. Supposedly she will wield the old Dark power of Stasis, discovered on Europa.

I don't remember that we saw the name of "Craask" in the videogame (obviously) or in the lore, or maybe I need an update.
