Recently, I've been bumping more and more into people who are just not playing the game and instead use a macro to avoid getting autokicked from activities.
It's gotten to the point that a rumble match i played consisted of 4 afk players all using macros to stay in the match, me and someone else actually playing the game. My recent gambit matches were also both ruined by the same afk player who goes by unpunished.
Is Bungie aware of this issue? Will something be done about this? Feels like the amount of people doing this is increasing over time and something should be done about this, not sure if anybody else has experienced something like this but if so it would be good to express so in this thread so hopefully Bungie can see this and say something about this matter.
Also I apologize if this isn't really the place to ask about this, I don't really know where else to do so.

You can report them for cheating. I'm pretty sure macroing is against the rules.

They can't, really. Since they are moving ingame, the game thinks they are really there, macro or not. I'm also not sure if they can even intervene, as macros are not necessarily connected to a game, like shadowplay and whatnot, so detecting it, and disabling/banning it goes over the authority of a game. Also there was a ruckus about completely harmless applications in the background causing people to get banned, so I'm sure Bungie wouldn't even risk it, especially since player numbers are so low. I understand the people who are doing it though, Crucible and the Gambit are abysmal, as basically any PvP activity in D2 (I mean, it's Peer-to-Peer. In 2018. In an "Esport wannabe" game. It's a -blam!-ing joke.) I don't go AFK in any of these activities, but you bet I'm just jumping around not really even trying, I just want my daily reward.
