That's funny, because every sniper I come across can dome be no problem while being smashed in the face with bullets. It's always the same with sniper users, they always want less flinch, and there is barely any flinch when using a sniper in Destiny 2. Nowhere near as much as Destiny 1, and people could dome you under fire then as well.
