Does a perk stack with a mod that have same purpose?
For example: I have a trust hand Cannon with hip fire perk and opening shot, can i add to it a free hand mod to add more accuracy when hip firing or it doesn't stack together and its wasted? On the drifters ventor roll of bygones if you put a Back up mag mod, appended mag perk is obsolete and makes no difference so you choose the other roll to buff reload.

1 ReplyI think it works, maybe with diminishing stats per mod, like stacking recharge mods before forsaken, example: first mod giving 10% cooldown, second 7% and third 5%
