Spider's bounty targets take too much time to spawn (IF they decide to spawn)
The post refers of course to the targets you must find in open areas
Just spent 30 mins on siren's outpost on Titan waiting for a target to spawn but nothing

Same here. Half an hour or longer hanging around a boring area just because Bungle uses a defective algorithm. More proof that they do not play the game.
