Clan “Founder” status

If a clans Founder disappears, what happens to said clan? I’ve wondered what would happen seeing that the Founder themselves can only pass the status. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Bungie already stated many times, they dont interfere in clans and wont remove a founder
