So I have only received a small handful of these (maybe 10 total) but, are "The Cut and Run" and "Wrong Side of Right" Scout rifles bugged when it comes to drop rates? Also, do these both have a guaranteed static roll of Hip Fire Grip because all 10 or so of the rifles that I have received have been Hip Fire? It is a real shame to get one of these with the terrible rolls, not to mention the fact that they are extremely rare. Please switch some of these numbers around with the Edge Transit and maybe you'll see more players using scouts, which are in a bad place now, especially High Impact scouts.
