Instead of having the Public Event Countdown from 5 minutes to 0 minutes, I think it would be a great Idea if players who wanted to do the Public Event, use the Flag and then 1 minute is reduced per player that uses the Flag, so say you have 5 People who have used the Flag, the Public Event will start immediately since it's a 5 minute wait normally.
