Worldline Zero quest- not dropping sword?

I have picked up 40/45 data nodes on Mars and still have not received the worldline zero sword. I have completed all activities on Mars and got my sleeper simulant so why is the sword not dropping?

Did you open the loot cache to get the sword? Just finding the fragments doesn’t automatically award the sword.
