Hi, my friend’s character disappeared when he logged in a few hours ago. He was playing earlier in the day and his character was there and playable, even earning gear that is visable in the recently acquired tab. He does not recall deleting the character on accident and he claims he recently changed his password along with enabling 2-Step Verification. If I could receive any sort of information on chracater recovery, that would be greatly appreciated. (He also used his spark of light on this character)
