Dear Support, First of all: this is the 5th time i have to compose this 'mail' becase its complaining about too many tags (max 6) on a single item. this is ridiculous. I haven't used more than 6. You should make us aware of your rules first. Or dont let us loose everything that we already filled in when there is a warning message on the page...!! So. One on my xbox buddy is having an issue with his D2: Forsaken Legendary Collection purchase. Even though he has installed everything that is necessary, he can only see the original Destiny2 content. (see on the screenshot) That means the planet Mars, Mercury and Tangled Shore is totally missing, not available for him. We checked if he is missing any quests or if there is a level requirement but it doesnt seem to be the case. There was the outro played for him when finished the last Campaing quest, so obviosly it shouldn't be the issue. We even tried to uninstall the game and start over....without luck. What is it then? Please assist. His username is TheFeri1972 . The only reason I'm contacting you instead of him is that he cannot speak english, so it wasn't an option in his case. One strange thing I've realized: if he invites me to his Fireteam he is able to navigate us to the Tower/Traveler. However, if it's the other way around (so I invite him) the games says: all Fireteam member has to unlock this content. WHAT? Please help ASAP. Thank you!
