No-one likes exodus crash bungie.

Either remove it permanently (aside from the quest for sturm) Or make the boss remain in the arena at all times (only teleporting out to switch from shotgun to swords)

  • I like the exodus crash strike. I don’t like the boss. I agree, a boss that can go immune and spawn ads is annoying and makes no sense.

  • Same can be said about the fanatic strike. Any boss that goes immune and/or teleports away is not a boss I care to fight.

  • I think this boss fight is a problem but I think it's the overall design rather than the boss himself. Think about how the whole fight goes. Sure him disappearing a lot is an issue but why is it an issue? Think about all the other things you have to do, add management being the most prevalent along with managing the shanks. This is very much a fight where you can't mindlessly attack the boss like we can in the other strikes. However when you put everything together it makes for a difficult to manage encounter -especially- since the boss moves around a lot and hell even has melee weapons in the second portion of the fight. They did adjust when he disappears to be more tied to his health if I remember correctly so it's a little better but that's putting a bandaid over a gunshot wound I think. If the idea and intent of the fight was to be focused on add management I don't think you can make it so you get punished for doing so. I'd love to see shanks with less health to more easily managed. I'm pretty sure enough spawn each wave to cover the whole arena and it takes basically and entire clip to kill a single one? C'mon here. Getting caught in their little debuff area is basically a death sentence. This alone would be a game changer for the strike. OR if Bungie is intent on keeping red bar shanks on the field with the health pool of an ogre then get rid of adds or leave it to 1-2 majors with all the shanks. One or the other works. Both things spell wipe for a lot of teams.
