STILL WAITING. Was massive scout rifle nerf intentional or bug?
Scout rifles were ninja nerfed into the afterlife in 2.0. PvE damage was nerfed ~30%, by far the biggest weapon type nerf in the history of Destiny.
Bungie said they were "investigating". It's been weeks now. So what say you, Bungie? Bug or intentional?
