According to sites like light.gg it should spawn from normal engrams, but this is proving to be untrue. I've been searching online for a reason as to why the bow isn't dropping and have come up short an answer. From what I know few (if any) have gotten the bow; myself and others are worried a potential bug might be to blame. I bought the ornament for it and hope to be able to use it. Thank you for any help given.
