Issue seems most reliably occurring in Gambit. When using handheld supernova on an enemy very close to me, I will be instantly killed by The Architects. More worrying, this has occurred in gambit against cabal on nessus in the steps area, and a fireteam member standing next to me was also simultaneously killed by the architects.
