No random roll weapons?
I know we are supposed to get random rolls again.Seems to only be armour that got the change... every weapon that i have collected with the same name has the exact same perks on it... currently have 2 of the smugglers word sidearm and 2 of the no turning back bow with exact same perks. So maybe an issue with those spaciffic weapons or kinetic weapons in general...
