Pre-ordered Destiny2: Forsaken + Annual Pass from GameStop for $70 (https://www.gamestop.com/xbox-one/games/destiny-2-forsaken-annual-pass/164110 ). Entered the Code and it provided a $70 Microsoft credit on my account. I figured that is fine as these typically just give you enough to purchase the item in the store. When going to the Microsoft store it stated the only items for sale are the legendary edition (D2 + Expansion 1+2[$59.99]) or the complete digital for $99. I figured I could get the item in the game (digital deluxe + season pass) but that item is still $79.99, which is $10 more then what the credit was given from the code. I then called Microsoft who pointed the finger at GameStop, who then pointed it at Bungie. The issue is the Bungie does not have a support line other than these forums.
Has anyone else experienced this and who is responsible for this?

Very sorry to hear that, man. That really sucks. I don't have a definitive answer for you, but if I were you I'd keep pushing gamestop. You did give them your money and they gave you something that didn't work as advertised. Even if the fault is Bungies or Microsoft, GameSpot still has your money which should mean they have some sort of responsibility. I tried to find an e-mail for Bungies support a while back with no luck.. Which I find is just awful customer service. Good luck, really hope it works out for you.
