If you delete your mods from the vault it will delete the whole stack and only reward you with what you would get from a single mod deletion. I lost 151 mod components this way (163 - 12 the 12 being the 1 I received per stack if can do math) not expecting a refund but would be nice for helping to identify a bug. Wish I was just paying more attention, but I had just prepped myself to press square 700 or so times. Probably won't matter in the long run.
