HELP! Crucible and Vanguard Matchmaking not finding players

Hey y'all, I recently got back into destiny 2 and got caught up on ToO and Warmind to get ready for Forsaken. I finally try to do some vanguard missions and some PvP with all my new gear, and it will say "searching for guardians" for a split second, then go to "evaluating guardians" for a while, then repeat the process. After 30 minutes or so of still being 1/12 players in my lobby, it will say some stuff like I'm unable to connect and to try again and gives me the code Mongoose to search on help forums. I recently read on Reddit and I quote "When your connection isn't capable of IPv6 network addressing, it wraps itself up in IPv4 traffic to tunnel through the network. Much like a VPN. This sort of tunnel is called a Torido. Sometimes the IPv4 capable equipment has an error and the tunnel fails. When this happens, basic connection to the servers is fine, but when you try to join a multiplayer instance (which uses IPv6 direct peer to peer traffic) it falls over and can't connect to anyone. A router or modem reboot usually fixes it. It could still be something else." I tried unplugging my router and modem and waited 10 minutes and tried again to play with no luck. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLAY THE GAME MODES I KNOW AND LOVE
