I heard it's a good weapon, but not exactly outstanding. There's quite a few other really good weapons to choose from so there's no way I'm spending that time in pvp (competitive no less) for it.

I personally wouldn't think anything special if I saw someone using it. I suppose pvp-focused players would envy it.
