I am a bit confused. I read through the patch notes multiple times and no where in there does it say anything about a decrease in super energy granted. HOWEVER, it DOES state that base super energy has been INCREASED from all tethers to provide a more consistent and less exponential experience. Also stating that more super energy will be granted for tethering more powerful enemies. Yet when I play the game, places where I used to be able to tether and get my super back only give me 60 - 70% of my super back rather than an instant recharge. This is definitely a DECREASE in base energy granted, not the INCREASE that the patch notes specify. Definitely a much less consistent result too, also contrary to what the patch notes specify.
