Titan class class can now kill any player with 1 hit using any shoulder / shield bash skill . Thanks to New forsaken prepatch update .
An Insurmountable Skullfort , Titan helmet has the perk to get a new melee charge after every successful melee kill. That means basically you have unlimited shoulder bash.

I think it charges up to fast, your weapons readies way fast after a charge as well and lastly the amount of redirection and generosity with what an actually hit is, is hilarious. Add a couple frames in these places an tweak the ranges an it’ll be good no need to make it useless in typical bungie nerf fashion.
