There are some perks in this list that either are not weapon perks or are just exotic perks? Just give a reference for what Forsaken can add for maxmizing roll customization. [spoiler]-I would like to get a highest impact handcannon with beneficial perks that decrease its magazine size, and also has "luck in the chamber" which ramdomly adds a bullet in the magazine that does bonus damage.[/spoiler]
