Hello Bungie development team First off, [b]THANK YOU[/b] for an awesome and engaging end of the year event! I really enjoyed it along with multiple clanmates. Personally, I really liked how the loot system did not giving me any duplicates until I had earned everything and how most items were available through gameplay. Also, I really, really, REALLY liked the armor glow. I feel like THIS is how the shader system should work. You earn all pieces for a certain set and it becomes always available throughout your account and characters. There would be sets for crucible, strike, nightfall, raid, event specific, etc. And make some VERY rare ones that we could wear proudly. All obtainable with a similar “no duplicate” system. It would: 1. Give us more reason to play certain activities 2. It would fix the dismantling shaders problem 3. It means you could focus on making less, but better-looking shaders I am however, a little worried. I have been working diligently on MoT and my Solstice Masterwork armors sets for all characters and should have enough time to finish EVERYTHING by the 28th. The problem: Brother Vance’s prophecy verses seem to be random. I am missing verse 7 and 5. I have verse 5 in my inventory and should be able to complete it tonight. But, I am worried that Bother Vance won’t offer the last verse that I need this week. This seems to affect other people in the community by looking at the forums. Brother Vance won’t necessarily give you what you need, it’s a gamble. This means some players will not be compensated with the triumph points and emblem for their time and dedication. Will there be a fix for this during the last week? Will Brother Vance offer what we need, or all verses? I know the weapon forge has been available since Cure of Osiris, but I found it to be very random, lengthy, and not at all engaging, so I never really took any interest in it. Now, it’s become a requirement for MoT. I feel like RANDOMIZATION and TIMED events are not a good combination. If there is nothing that can be done, I understand. But, could you please consider this feedback for future events? [b]Randomization + timed events = Frustration.[/b] Thanks again to everyone for your hard work and dedication to this game and the players! Update: it looks like all verses were in the rotation. I was able to get them all in time. So they thought about this too. Thank you!
