PvE 300 dmg/sec over 4 seconds 1200 total damage. This effect can be stacked so three hits on a target will leave them extremely slowed as well as having 3 burn effects.) Slightly increases handling speed. Rehash: Kills with this weapon returns a shot to the bottom magazine and charges the returned shot with double damage. As shots are returned the weapon’s fire rate increases (In short, the last shot(s) in the magazine will be your charged shot(s) instead of the charged shot firing immediately. This is so the perk can be utilized effectively due to the rapid fire. Along with this the fire rate will increase by 10 for each returned shot.
