So I have came across some interesting tid-bits of lore which I think would be cool to get some expansion on & what a better place than to get a community to chip in and help too. So please feel free to comment or add to the list...
Nezarec - So to start things off I ended up reading some conspiracies about Nezarec who is thought by many to be the next big bad guy or at least to play a major roll in the year 2/3 - Not much is properly known other than some lore attached to Nezarec's Sin (Warlock Helmet). He is described as being an ancient god/deity known as "The Final God of Pain"... I have seen some posts about him but really a lot of them are fan fiction at this stage as we really don't know anything official... Things like he is in charge of the pyramid ships we see at the end of the original campaign, He is not of the darkness but has transcended the darkness to become something even more malicious etc...
Umun'arath - Umun'arath is another interesting character which we haven't come across yet. She is one of the only known female Cabal within the lore/story we have heard of. She was pronounced Evocate-General by Calus which tells us she must of been quite the bad ass. She ended up detesting Calus' laidback attitude and conspired with Calus' daughter Caiatl (Another interesting character we are yet to see who is also a female Cabal) to overthrow Calus and exile him. Neither of them have been heard of since the coup. It is noted that several indications link Umun'arath of having a connection with the darkness and the Hive in terms of their philosophy. She is quoted saying "The war is all there is" which is a near identical quote attributed to the Darkness, found both in one of the "Darkness" Grimoire Cards and in dialogue with Lakshmi-2. Furthermore, Umun'arath shares part of her name with Xivu Arath, the Hive God of War.

Toland the shattered one - an exiled warlock who became obsessed with the hive. He is currently in the ascendant realm after being taken their in a conversation with the deathsinger. Kabr the legionless - a great Titan who with the aid of the hunter Phahanin and the FWC warlock Praydeth, and the influence of the “then” vanguard commander Osiris, assaulted the Vault of Glass. Kabr drank from a vex construct known as the oracles and it slowly began to consume him. After Praydeth was lost in the gorgons maze and phahanin fled the vault Kabr sacrificed his light to forge the Aiges, a shield that could be used to repel dark consumption within the vault and be used to defeat both the Templar and Atheon times conflux. Shin Malphur - as a young man shin met a guardian known as Jaren Ward. Ward possessed a weapon known as the last word. He arrived in the city of pamalon, and after killing dictorial magistrate Loken he took nine people back to the city. Three died on the trek and on the ninth day the group were awoken to gunfire. Turns out the notorious character known as Dredgen Yor has killed Jaren. Shin took up the last word and Ward’s ghost and hunted down Dredgen. In a confrontation on Dwindlers ridge, Shin created a golden gun and killed Dredgen Yor. In recent times a group calling themselves the “Shadows of Yor” are following in his footsteps and Shin Malphur is on a path to stop them.
