A little late now that it's over, but I kept forgetting to try and get a video for it, but: I was consistently encountering a bug with the faction rallies since the first one of this season with regards to patrols. The bug occurs when a player dies while completing a patrol. When this happens, one would expect the normal consequence of one reputation point being lost, but it seems that most, if not all times this occurs, all reputation is reset. I tried to get a recording of it once before, but it's typically an infrequent occurrence, so I've yet to do so on a platform where the option is readily available to me. (My PC is too slow for me to comfortably leave something like ShadowPlay on at all times.)
