Sleeper simulant catalyst absurd completion
I drop the sleeper simulant catalyst.
Now I watch the videos to understand how to upgrade it! ... and I find out that:
the upgrade is achieved ONLY by killing with the weapons obtained from the Escalation protocol !!! ... this is madness, I have completed 40 escalation protocol, and I NEVER drop a weapon !!! ... EVER !!! ... I have to think that I can never empower it ???

They just buffed the drop rates of EP weapons. Grind for an hour with a group and you'll get one now.
