I have a Intel i7 7700k cpu with a cooler master evo 212, radeon 470 4GB gpu, 16 GB ram and a 500w psu. While playing destiny 2 on my pc it will randomly, sometimes 15 mins in sometimes 1hr in, it will freeze/black screen saying no signal and through my headphones I can hear the sound it makes when a computer freezes. my keyboard stays lit during this sometimes when i hit my CAPS Lock it will show it working and popping up on the top right corner of my keyboard. i have to hard reset for it to come up. I've never had an issue like this until destiny 2 came out. I can play PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds for over an hour and nothing happens. I have tried going back to old drivers on my gpu, I have tried re-downloading the latest drivers still nothing has worked. I have also watched the temp the highest the cpu gets 75 degrees C, averages 65 degrees while on a game and my gpu is 50-70 degrees C average. Another thing I've tried is making sure all my cables are plugged in all the way. I have talked to my IT guy at work and he thinks it could be: a. Drivers conflicting? b. overheating issue with my gpu when it has a high load c. my card has gone bad (which doesn't make sense because i can play other games like PUBG, CSGO, h1z1
Any help would help at this point would be appreciated.

I too have been having this issue for some time. I haven't been able to find a fix for it, but you aren't alone in having this issue. There clearly is an issue with AMD software.
