Upgrading the Scorched armor to Rekindled has its own set of requirements for each armor piece of each class. Another set of requirements to upgrade each armor piece of each class from Rekindled to Resplendent. Getting the Masterwork on all pieces of Resplendent armor at the end requires: 1) Beat a Prestige Nightfall above the Bonus Threshold (this is the one I'll have the most trouble with, as Prestige Nightfalls have never really interested me). 2) Complete 5 Heroic Strikes with a clanmate (easiest or hardest depending on how active your clan is). 3) Beat Prestige Leviathan (Depending on your team, this has the potential to be the most frustrating out of all the requirements). 4) Get to Valor Rank 5 (There better be a Triple Valor Weekend sometime soon). 5) Defeat 10 Bosses (unspecified as to which bosses count, but there's a strong chance you'll get this along the way while doing objectives 1, 2, and 3). And considering the previous objectives are all different based on class, I assume these will be too. That means having to do this three times. Not counting Exotic Catalysts, this has to be the most convoluted and time consuming way of getting Masterwork on an item. For this reason, I REALLY hope that the Masterworked armor has some cool perks to make this worthwhile. I'm talking on par with the Raid armor perks, but without the "only on Leviathan" restriction. If I'm going to be spending most of the event purely on upgrading this armor, I want it to be THE set of armor I wear going forward, not just some fancy costume I wear at parties.
