<No bullshit, let's just kick off the list of things that would be disappointed if they did/didn't happen.
1. Uldren Not Dying - Despite Prince -blam!- being the primary antagonist of the DLC, there's a small likelihood that he won't die.
2. Cayde-6 Being Cayde-7 - While this initially doesn't sound so disappointing, Exo reboots don't work that way and his Ghost is properly dead. If this happened, then this would be the 4th or 5th thing that went against both games' lore.
3. No Mara Sov - The Queen of the Reef needs some kind of appearance.
4. Easy-to-hunt Barons - There are 8 Barons and Uldren to go after in the story. That being said, each one shouldn't be a throwaway boss, as each are being set up as having their own feel. They shouldn't be that easy to kill either.
5. No Variks/Dead Variks - Self-explanatory.
6. Vague-ness and lack of Explanations - This was arguably the biggest story issue of CoO and Warmind. Many story elements in the two would've been a lot better if things were properly explained instead of being cryptic for the sake of being cryptic, lookin' at you Exo Stranger.
7. Savathun Dying - It's pretty obvious that Savathun, the Witch Queen, is pulling the strings of this operation. Whether it's manipulating Uldren Sov directly or through Mara. That being said, there's still one more DLC after this one that takes place on the Dreadnaught. Also, Savathun is being set up to be the endgame of Destiny 2. Having her die here would leave DLC4 completely up to interpretation and get rid of at least 12 good potential plotlines.
8. Quria Being a Raid Boss - This would be more of a disappointment just to me. Why? Because Quria also comes with a few good potential plotlines.
9. Cringe-worthy Dialogue - If Warmind taught me anything-... nope, nevermind. It's self-explanatory.
10. The Lie - Forsaken is supposed to be a darker narrative. So far it seems to be that way. If it isn't... well I don't know.
11. No Info on The Collapse - Seriously, the past 2 DLCs have been triggering me with the lack of Collapse info, the comics even more so. The Reef is another perfect place to delve into what happened during the Collapse, even if it's not as much as the other two. Just... SOMETHING. ANYTHING!
Mixed:
1. Mara Sov Being an Enemy - This whole thing depends on how it's done.
2. Ahamkara Raid Boss - This also depends on how it's done, because honestly it's barely making sense to me.
3. The Return of Petra and Variks - They were actually pretty likable and the only Reef characters outside of the Sovs to have personalities. It would be a shame if suddenly Brother Vance.
4. The Spider - Again, all depends on what happens. So far I think he's going to be the best planetary vendor by default... but if Brother Vanc-
5. Uldren Sov - There are villains who people HATE but also enjoy. Felix from Red vs Blue is a good example. We already hate Uldren, but he can turn out to be a really good villain, too. On the other hand, we could just hate him and nothing else...
6. The Size of the Crashed Hive Warship - Another personal thing. Haven't seen it fully yet so this one's in this section.
7. No Voice - While generally considered a negative, if they don't put our characters in those kinda cutscenes, then things will be a lot easier to accept.
List anything else below.>

Whould really suck if Nathan Fillion isn’t the voice of Cayde in Forsaken and even worse if he was replaced by Nolan North (Though I like him as our ghost) instead. Oh, what’s that you say? He was replaced. Aww dayyum.
