Nah, I'd just leave you to kill the boss on your own, as it seems that's how you like to play. Maybe teabag your ghost a few times when you die or even a little dance.

I love how these fools think it's THEIR way or the highway. I wish Bungie would just remove the pull forward mechanic period... I despise it! I will hang out and dance at the boss if the d-bags in my strike continue to intentionally pull me forward. I still get the loot when the're done doing all the work 🤣

To be fair, youre thinking with the same mindset. You want it your way just as much. Save everybody some time and headache and just leave if advancing in a strike makes it that much less enjoyable for you. Your spot will be filled and you can get back to doing what you like. But no, you would rather just stand idle, not play the game, and not enjoy yourself because some blueberry pulled you foward.

What makes you think they are more important and have priority than those who choose to actually play the strike? Here's the funny thing.... typically when I queue up solo, I go with the flow of what the other 2 are doing. So if both are running fast, I do my best to keep up, but if one of them is hanging back and killing stuff... I'll stay back and kill stuff with them. I'm also the person who will run back through the spinning lasers... ALL THE WAY to res a person on Pyramidian so they don't have to wait for the obnoxious timer. I'm not a selfish player but reading these posts where people think they are entitled to make others speed run does trigger the evil bitch in me 😈

Yeah but if bungie remove the ability for one person to pull the other two through it means everyone can play their own way, guys can kills random pointless enemies and those with little patience can run on and kill the boss quickly. Boom! Everyone is happy

Or the speed runners could load in with a fireteam that don’t want to fight. I feel that there are multiple ways to play, the game is designed for us to kill baddies. If one would rather run, they shouldn’t assume anyone else does. They should find a team for quick runs. Some of us like to kill shit and waste time, as the game is designed.

You are correct. Anything goes. I honestly tend to join with 1 and we generally wait to see how the blueberry handles it. As a mostly solo player, I’m flexible.

This^^ There's nothing we can do about being pulled forwards. So only they can ruin our strike, not vice versa. They should do nightfalls if they want to run through something, that way they don't disturb others game.
