Alright so basically faction rallies are not about the factions anymore it’s about the catalysts. E.g Dead Prbit mostly won due to its graviton lance catalyst. How to fix problems like that? Let every faction able to get all three catalysts. For example when you get to rank 50 on New Monarchy, you can select from 3 catalysts and then next time faction rally happens you can sign up to the same faction and this time you have to do an objective to get another catalyst. For example: “Do x lost sectors with 5 renown in the EDZ.” Then you can select another catalyst and then that blocks you off from getting the last catalyst until the next faction rally and it gives you another objective.
