A figure stood on top of a tower, surrounded by a spiraling staircase. The sky above it was filled with dark wisps, and they covered the blood-red sun. Sunlight could barely be seen seeping through the clouds of wisps. Light was scarce in this region of DarkSpire. The figure was cloaked, but its face could be seen. Its eyes were dark red, and its hair was silver. The silver hair draped the figure’s back. It also bore a scar on its left eye, and its teeth glowed blue. Bones of the figure could be seen through its skin, especially its cheekbones. Wrinkles were present all over its face. Behind it was another humanoid figure. It had long black hair tied back into a ponytail. It was covered in black leather armor, with ebony boots and gauntlets. It had normal colored eyes, with red irises, and dust covered its face. A long black cape protruded from its neck, just below its hair, and it held a bow in its left hand, its fingers covered in a black glove. It was of a thin build. It began to speak in a feminine voice...
“I’ve awoken Alphos. The damn thing must’ve went off track though. When it was aroused, it started to go in the opposite direction from the tower. I tried to stop it but-“
The cloaked figure in front of the feminine figure suddenly unsheathed a black sword, with golden designs on the blade. Its bony hands grasped the hilt as it spoke in an otherworldly voice...
“Ebony... you know that I don’t accept excuses. You’ve seen the failure that Zen had become. He let Flammaetoris die. So, I impaled him in the stomach, telling him not to let me down again. Now, he’s downright scared of me, and he rushed over to revive the next dragon. Don’t let it happen to you, too. Find Alphos. It is quite a specimen for my army. I must have it. Bring it DarkSpire Tower. I will use it to pry open the portal. And then... we will conquer other worlds... yes...”
The feminine figure, Ebony, responded in a slightly scared tone...
“Y-yes Draksos. It will.... it will be done...”
And with that, Ebony fades into the shadows. She becomes a wisp, and the wisp travels down the spiraling staircase. Draksos continues to stare at the sky, slightly smiling as he sheathes his blade...
“Oh Alphos... how I’ve missed your oath for destruction....” it says in a raspy tone...

The room was filled with fifteen figures, with three sitting at another table. They could be seen chattering as a bartender, TexasJedi, brought them drinks. The small group of three sat next to a small countertop. Behind that countertop were small vats filled with interesting liquids. TexasJedi could be seen filling up a wooden mug with black liquid. He stroked his thin brown beard as he walked over to a group of twelve, sitting behind the small group of three...
“Here ya go, lad. A specialty drink from DarkSpire, Dark Brew. Take it from me as a thanks.” Said TexasJedi as he passed the cup over to Cell-3.
TexasJedi turned around and grabbed a tray from behind him, and on top of it were eleven more cups...
“Don’t worry, I’ve got drinks for you all!” Says the bartender as he passed the cups of Dark Brew around.
ImmaDrizzit held a look of excitement as he was handed a cup, and he chugged it down almost immediately. Phoenix stared at him with a look of uncertainty. MagicSpaceKitty groaned as she tried to grab her cup from the tray, only to fall on the floor. Scott, her wyvern, whined and tried to prop her back up on the chair...
“I’m afraid that your injuries are far worse than I thought they were. You really should rest...” Says Diana, who helped her get back up on the chair and handed her the cup of sizzling liquid. Deatheater had suffered a similar injury, and some blood could still be seen pouring down from his chest. Artemis stood next to him, with a worried look on her face. Foofer started to talk to TotallyNotThor as the druid tried to position his cup away from Onyxia, his wolf, who was snapping at the cup, eager to try some of the liquid. ManofLight took five sips from his cup before gently putting it down. Hammerfist was too busy tending to his sword to see the cup of liquid in front of him. Robo Owl looked at his cup in confusion. He took the cup and put it inside his mech, storing it for later...
“Now... you’ve all taken a glimpse of Alphos, correct?” Says Cell-3, trying to gather everyone’s attention.
“No. Of course not. That thing wasn’t visible at all.” Says ManofLight.
“Alright then. So you did see that monstrosity. If we don’t stop Alphos, you might as well kiss the other dimensions goodbye. I don’t know how it was awoken, but we need to stop it. Fortunately for us, it decided to return to its nesting place. That wound we made in its mouth should buy us some time. But we need to keep Alphos away from DarkSpire tower.” Says Cell-3, eyeing each member of the team around him with a serious look.

Edited by Cell-3: 7/1/2018 2:01:06 PMDiana began to speak in a worried tone... “But what about deatheater and MagicSpaceKitty? They’re in no condition to travel.” “And I’m not going to leave my team behind...” ImmaDrizzit adds, his face filled with determination. “No ones getting left behind. But those injuries, they will take time to heal. Diana can help speed up the healing process, but only to an extent. “ Says Cell-3, his eyes flickering green. “So? What does that mean? You’re not thinking of leaving them here are you? Because of you are thinking of leaving deatheater, you’ll have a very special meeting with my arrow.” Says Artemis as she grabs deatheater’s shoulder. “If you could at least calm down..” says Cell-3 before being interrupted my Robo Owl... “Pretty sure she’s angry because deatheater and her love each other...” says Robo Owl, slightly laughing. “Oh... Now you’ve done it you robotic piece of-“ Artemis stops talking as ImmaDrizzit puts his arm in front of her. “Look, MagicSpaceKitty and Deatheater are in mortal danger if they don’t rest. So, I suggest that we stay here until we see signs of Alphos awakening again.” Says Cell-3. “Sound good?” He adds. The rest of the team nods. Texas Jedi comes back at the table to collect the team’s cups, and suddenly the team goes back to chattering again. The small group of three next to the the countertop began to emit some noise as well. A figure of a skinny build began to lean forward towards the countertop. Its armor seemed to be a sneak suit of some sort, with a mask with one red eye. Blonde hair could be seen protruding from behind its head... “That’s a pretty suspicious bunch...” says the figure, known as Snowy, in a voice that couldn’t be identified as male or female... “Well... they sure do look out of place. Sorta like us...” Says Ben10Howard, a figure with metal wings on his back and a bird helmet enveloping his face. “Hehe... yeah...” says Notorious, bearing fur armor and a small grey stone carved into one of his gauntlets. The stone bore the image of a wolf. “I think we should talk to them...” says Snowy, in a slightly robotic voice. “Be my guest.” Says Howard as he beckons Snowy forward. The team of twelve still filled the air with the sounds of voices. As Snowy began to get out of its chair, the bar door burst open. Texas Jedi turned to look at the entrance, and the team of twelve all had their eyes locked on the figure who had just entered the room. It was a shirtless figure, with his hair tied back in a bun. “Zen!” Says Cell-3, not seeing Snowy trying to approach him, and the robot immediately began to run after the shirtless figure. Cell-3 and Zen both flew out the door, with Snowy following to see what the commotion was. The Overwatch ran through the swinging door, ignoring several whispers behind it, and looked at the street in front of the bar. Cell-3 could be seen wrestling with the shirtless figure. The two were locked in a fight, with punches being thrown left and right. Snowy began to pull out a sniper rifle, and slowly Snowy loaded a tranquilizer dart into the chamber. The Overwatch took aim, aiming the rifle at the shirtless figure’s head. Snowy breathed in and... A loud gunshot filled the air. The shirtless figure, Zen, could be seen lying on the ground, slowly closing his eyes. Cell-3 got up, and he retracted a blade that had come out of his hand. The robot stared at Snowy with red eyes... “Uhh... Hi...?” Says Snowy in an Anxious tone. “You.... you come here from a rift of some sort?” Says Cell-3, observing the Overwatch’s armor. “Yes... how’d you know?” “I could tell from your armor and weapons...” Cell-3 began to explain everything to Snowy, everything about the great dragons and Draksos and his apprentices. He introduced Notorious, Howard, and Snowy to himself and the team. The team of eleven had emerged out of the bar, looking at Snowy with confusion. Notorious and Howard had come out as well, and they were being hammered with questions. After a few minutes had passed, Cell-3 began to focus his attention towards the original group of eleven... “So... I’ve introduced you all to Snowy, Notorious, and Howard. Now, let’s talk about Zen here.” Says the robot as he points down at Draksos’ apprentice, lying on the ground, asleep. “We have a choice: Spare him, and gather intel from him and potentially gain an ally, or kill him, lowering the amount of trouble that could be caused here in DarkSpire.” Choice A: Spare Zen Choice B: Kill Zen
