After giving a listen to Crucible Team's thought processing regarding PvP, they still believe their version of Crucible is the right way, even though they boldly claimed that they'll embrace the 0.8 TtK and spread it around when here in the podcast they have no interest in doing so because they're more worried about "Time-to-Live" of your opponents you face against. Well, lets change how Resilience works!
This new Resilience, instead of slightly increasing health, which how it is now, will now be Reducing Incoming Damage, meaning that. If you're running Little/No Resilience, your TtK (TtL?,TtD?) would be similar to D1's TtK but if you have High/Max Resilience, TtK will be equivalent to how it is now in D2.
We originally thought Armor now rebranded as Resilience would matter more in D2 since we gave a lot of feedback on improving this particular stat, The point is giving Resilience an actual purpose since it's so barely noticeable and it is the only one of the 3 stats (Recovery & Mobility) that hasn't been reworked on.
Bungie please, make Resilience Stat Matter!

It does matter, just a very small amount. I agree it should mean more, than titans would suck a lot less
