I'm playing solo. I have a large Clan, but I prefer playing Solo.
1 in 10 games, I am matched against another bunch of Randoms.
The other 9 games, it's either a Fire Teams of 3 to 6 players vs 4 to 6 randoms (that's right the game is 6 enemies versus 4 of us!!) OR you put me into a game where I am down as much as 60 points, the opposing team has their Supers, has all the Heavy and there are 2 minutes left on the clock.

Well, the dwindled player base divided between Xbox, PS4, and PC, is a huge reason behind getting teamed up against fireteams. Another reason is sbmm. Better players often group up for crucible, so as your rank increases, the likelihood of facing full teams increases. Time of day also has some effect. I find my early mornings has fewer teams playing. At least it's been like this for this week of IB. Just keep in mind, going against a 6 man team, when solo, isn't a guaranteed loss. It's definitely harder, but harder just means an opportunity to practice solo play. Some say to just pick another solo and use them as a human shield, while shooting over their shoulders. Which can be fun. Or practice flanking and or guessing opponent movement/patterns. And above else. If you find yourself losing, match after match. Take a break for a bit. Watch tv, or YouTube, have a snack, or a smoke. Then go back and try again. Practice, practice, practice.

I usually join in-progress matches with the score being 10-40 and my team having 0 zones. Not to mention, the other team is usually all hunters, which is very annoying.
